Report a problem
Start with the guide that matches your symptom: missing lights, connection, or wrong positions. If the problem remains, post it on Discord.
Include these details

- Affected runway, holding point, route, or stand.
- What you clicked, what you expected, and what happened.
- Approximate time and whether you were connected to VATSIM.
- A screenshot of the status panel and the affected area.
For example: “At OMDB, route 1 does not offer holding point X. I selected departures and runway Y. The attached screenshot shows the available ends.” Use the actual route, runway, and point names in your report.
Find the log
Section titled “Find the log”Use the guide for the application with the problem:

- X-Plane plugin log
- EuroScope: use
.xpgfor status and.xpg logto toggle diagnostic logging to xpguard.log.
Turn detailed logging off after capturing the example.
Make the report easy to repeat
Section titled “Make the report easy to repeat”Describe one failing case at a time. For a route problem, include the starting position, destination, and required vias. For a light problem, include whether the controller saw it lit and whether the pilot saw it lit. For a scenery problem, show both the light and the ground marking.
Check logs and screenshots before sharing. Remove tokens, passwords, and unrelated personal details. Do not attach your controller settings file just to show the plugin version.
